Enter the heating zone, die map and mounting pattern of your GPU, accelerator or ASIC. The designer lays out a jet-impingement copper-foam cold plate for it: nozzle array, foam, base, cover, seals and ports. It returns the full manufacturing set as STEP files with a design summary.
